Hello to all. I need advice about what is the best option for sharing full rez copies of photos with people who want to see them. What is the best way to get a web gallery up and running? I want to be able to include the meta data of the shots and allow downloading of the full file.

Many people using services like smugmug or flicker. That's the easy way.

At the other end of the spectrum, if you're technically inclined, and want to setup your own website, you can use Gallery or JAlbum.
